Rebecca Grosz

Rebecca practices in all areas of family law including child support, child custody and access, spousal support, equalization and complex property disputes.  Rebecca has experience drafting all forms of domestic contracts including separation agreements, marriage contracts and co-habitation agreements.

In addition to her family law practice, Rebecca also advises on professional negligence matters.

Strategic and practical

Rebecca has experience navigating the court system and securing successful outcomes for clients. She has appeared before all levels of the Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal, and has represented clients at mediations and arbitrations.  Her practical approach and strategy on each file is sensitive to her client’s individual needs and desired outcomes.

Rebecca holds a J.D. from Queen’s University (2010) and a B.A. with distinction from McGill University (2005).  She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011 after having summered and articled at a prominent national law firm. During law school, Rebecca participated in the clinical family law program run by Nicholas Bala, where she shadowed a judge at the Superior Court of Justice in Kingston.

Prior to joining Rosen Sack, Rebecca practiced family law at a well-known Toronto family law boutique firm, and she practiced corporate law at a prominent national firm.

Rebecca is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, and The Advocates Society.
