Andrea is mindful of the emotional nature of family law matters and strives to provide her clients with practical advice and guidance as they navigate what is often a very difficult transition in their lives. When appropriate, Andrea will work toward securing a fair settlement through negotiation or mediation. However, in cases where a negotiated settlement is not possible, Andrea is a fearless advocate in representing her clients before the courts.

In addition to her litigation practice, Andrea assists clients in matters that are not in court, negotiating and preparing separation agreements and marriage contracts. Andrea also acts in professional negligence matters and is preferred counsel for the Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company.

Prior to joining Rosen Sack, Andrea worked at a full-service Bay Street law firm where she litigated a wide variety of family law matters, from high conflict parenting disputes to cases involving complex financial issues.
