Deanna maintains a diverse civil litigation practice, centred on solicitors’ negligence and estate litigation matters. She is designated as Preferred Counsel by the Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company (LAWPRO) and acts for lawyers in professional negligence disputes. She appears most often on contested matters in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has a breadth of other experience representing clients in investigative work, mediation, arbitrations, administrative tribunals, discoveries, and other pre-trial procedures.
