Kate’s civil litigation practice is focused on estate & capacity litigation and professional negligence defence. Her passion for advocacy works hand-in-hand with her commitment to securing favourable results for clients.
Prior to joining Rosen Sack LLP, Kate honed her litigation skills as an articling student and then as an associate lawyer at a full-service law firm in downtown Toronto. Her past legal experience also includes summering at a criminal defence firm. She has represented clients at examinations for discovery, mediations, and on contested motions in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. These varied experiences have assisted her in delivering comprehensive, effective, and timely results to clients.
