An adept negotiator, Kelly provides her clients with pragmatic solutions to their legal challenges. When a negotiated settlement is not possible, Kelly takes a strategic approach to resolving her client’s legal issues through litigation. Her practice also includes drafting complex cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts and separation agreements.
Kelly is an experienced litigator and has represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.
With a keen interest in legal research, Kelly has published several articles on various family law topics and has lectured for Osgoode Hall Professional Development. Carrying on Rosen Sack’s commitment to mentorship, Kelly volunteers annually with the Walsh Family Law Moot & Negotiation Competition.
Kelly is an Expert Contributor to LexisNexis Practical Guidance and has been voted one of Toronto’s best lawyers by Post City and Streets of Toronto in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
